Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vehicle Daily Check (the “Service”), operated by AEK Tech UK Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Vehicle Daily Check helps professional drivers record daily vehicle inspections, store evidence (including photos), and export compliance records. The Service is a record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for completing accurate inspections and meeting your licensing and legal obligations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly atsupport@vehicledailycheck.comif you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in the app at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the prepaid period you select. We may change prices for future periods with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with system security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Data and availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from missed inspections, incomplete records, or reliance on the Service as your sole compliance process. Maintain your own backups of critical information where required by your operator or council.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Changes and contact

AEK Tech UK Ltd is the contracting party for the Service.
